The Customer Support Business Group (CSBG) is one of the fastest growing businesses at Lam, driven by Lam’s strong market share in semiconductor equipment, and the longevity of its systems in mature fabs. The Spares Product Line is a linchpin of CSBG’s revenue.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will direct a comprehensive program strategy for Spares Products from proof-of-concept through ramped implementation. You will function as a central resource with Spares business development, marketing, CSBG engineering, supply chain, and key suppliers to ensure program deliverables are achieved on-time and on-budget. This involves driving the business process design, alignment, implementation and evaluation of all phases of a specific program as you formulate and execute long-term plans for cost/profit control.

What You’ll Do

Program management

• Drive critical Spares mid-lifecycle program development and implementation
• Collaborate on Legacy Product Lifecycle roadmap implementation of mid-lifecycle and other critical programs
• Develop, track, and report quantifiable KPIs and risks against program goals
• Build relationships with stakeholders across BD, product management, account teams, operations, and other supporting functions
• Challenge existing internal processes and recommend new projects to continuously improve business process workflows  
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes to improve efficiency of project delivery

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience or equivalent experience. An advanced degree preferred.
• 6 - 8 years cross-functional management/leadership experience
• Demonstrated program management skills associated with delivering project goals, timelines, and budgets
• Excellent collaborator, communicator, and a problem solver with a reputation to get things done
• Data analysis and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Experience with product development, operations, and supplier qualification in semiconductor capital equipment, or associated advanced industry  
• Any prior experience with business process development and automation is a plus
