Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in the IT and Development industry
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- English communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Decision-making
- Teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Review requirements and specifications documents
- Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases (manual) and review results
- Reporting discovered defects and errors to the development department for correction
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems
- Work with internal teams (developers and project managers) to identify system requirements
- Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles
Nice to Have:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Basic understanding of Vanilla Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML
- Experience with Automation testing tools ( Virtuoso, Selenium)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Technical Experience
