<p><span><span><b>Your Role</b>: In this role, you will deliver IT projects and services for business applications in the manufacturing, supply chain, and quality IT domain, aligning with global IT business-facing units and infrastructure units. You will implement projects in areas including TrackIT (Track and Trace), CMO, and other healthcare-related IT solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and other IT groups. You will be responsible for managing the current TrackIT Project Delivery Team. Additionally, you will need to manage external vendors and delivery staff to ensure project success and provide seamless implementation and support handover as per our business expectations. Partnering with project teams and driving the execution of related IT project portfolios and roadmaps will be a major part of your role.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>As part of the IT Solution Architect group, you will help define the technical design of the IT solutions and platforms of the present and the future, including the cybersecurity aspect. You will ensure proper documentation is delivered for all activities performed from project start through to implementation, Hypercare, and support handover. These include, but are not limited to, project plans, cost management, qualification documents, change control, etc.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>You will contribute to the development of the IT Architecture Strategy and Roadmap, understanding the business needs and assisting in defining the solutions to support the future business. You will drive integration projects and manage change control, providing proactive support to our key clients’ requirements. Acting as SME for integration and participation in the deployment of Trackit, CMO collaboration, and other IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with project and business Subject Matter Expert – including regular updates, communication, and business alignment activities, as well as design, implementation, and validation of tools, continuous integration/deployment toolchain, and KPIs. You will define software solutions for global businesses within a highly integrated IT landscape and migrate software into the secure network (Digital Plant Transformation DPT specific IT hosting and common services).</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>This architecture is based on the Global Industry Standard ISA99 and IEC 62443 Guideline.</span></span></p>

<p><b><span><span>Who you are:</span></span></b></p>
<p><span><span>· You have a graduate degree in the scientific field or engineering discipline.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>· You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management in a highly matrixed IT organization.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>· You have experience in the integration of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or quality IT solutions, with a strong preference in a healthcare environment.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>· Project management certification is a strong advantage.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>· Master of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>· Knowledge and experience in GxP environments is a plus.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>· Knowledge and experience in CSV (Computer System Validation) is a plus.</span></span></p>
<p><span><span>· You are proficient in English.</span></span></p>
