Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and execute key client projects for enterprise brands while maintaining strong client relationships. We're looking for a strategic mind who thrives on turning complex challenges into seamless success stories. In this role, you will manage various cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope, while maintaining the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Your exceptional communication skills and collaborative spirit will help you navigate stakeholder relationships with confidence and finesse. This position is based in our Lexington, Kentucky office.

Requirements

The ideal person

• Must have experience using Asana or similar tool to develop project plans
• Has managed project budgets over $1,000,000
• Has had Project Management experience in social media campaigns and platforms
• Have a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments
• Experience being the point person for clients
• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A master at problem solving
• Quickly adapts and rallies all teams to changes in scope
• Values open dialogue and proactive communication with clients and internal teams
• An inclination to be a curious and self-driven learner
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (evening and weekend campaign launches are typical)

You bring

• 7+ years Project Management experience
• Strong software technology understanding (NOT writing code)
• Creative problem solving
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Bonus points
• If you have PMP certification
