Position Summary

Huron's Digital practice is seeking a talented colleague to support the company’s alliance and field enablement programs. These activities include supporting the lead alliance directors/managers on the execution of communication strategies to drive education and growth within the channel.  This person will be an expert in the execution of programs and events to optimize alliance and sales relationships, to grow revenue through our top software partners, our customer base and net new logo acquisition.
 
The associate will work closely with stakeholders across the Huron Digital Alliances and Field Enablement team to support aggressive, measurable programs which align to enterprise business goals.
 
The Alliance and Field Enablement Comms and Support Specialist handles the communication support of strategic partnerships, collaborates across teams for knowledge sharing and best practices, uses the internal technology stack for communication execution, tracking and reporting, coordinates support pertaining to a robust field enablement plan including in-person and virtual demand generation programs. This person will collaborate with the entire team, supporting multiple channel partners.
 
The position is remote and reports to the Sr. Director of Alliances and Field Enablement within Digital Practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

  • Support annual plan to execute matrixed go-to-market strategy. 
  • Program-manage Huron’s participation at leading technology conferences & events (live & virtual) including supporting the sponsorship and overall theme, budget, call for papers, award recognition and integrated communication plan. 
  • Manage field events, regional activities and coordinate partner QBR sponsorships
  • Embrace the technology stack to provide automation and efficiency across communications. 
  • Support coordination and send out of monthly win wires, quarterly newsletters & other ad hoc communications  
  • Manage partner portals, partner listings and updates on internal and external sites. 
  • Maintain follow-up, lead tracking and reporting on all activities 

  

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful field marketing, technology channel sales or alliance experience 
  • In-depth knowledge and desire to own, understand and execute programs via available technology resources. 
  • Develop best practices, training and ultimately promote the use of integrated solutions for communication and tracking. 
  • Successful support tactics are required to drive go-to-market strategies across multiple channels – campaigns, events and managing major conference participation. 
  • Successful track record of delivering communication programs through an integrated technology platform. 
  • Experience supporting an end-to-end sales and marketing program including demand generation, inbound/outbound marketing, campaigns, lead acquisition, lead scoring/ranking, lead nurturing, opportunity management, and forecasting. 
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including capability leads, business development and alliances.  

  

Other Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • US Work authorization required.
  • Self-starter who works well independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Confident in their ability to research options, make recommendations on how we can improve efficiencies across the team. 
  • Experience as a contributor as well as leading individual efforts 
  • Ability to establish, monitor, and achieve project goals with minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing environments and processes. 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative abilities. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment where not all team members are in the same location. 
  • Solid understanding of current software technologies to support overall event management and customer facing experiences. 

The estimated base salary for this job is $65,000 - $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based
