Providence is calling a Senior Business Analyst - Risk, Liability & Claims who will:

• Be responsible for providing required reports and analysis to stakeholders on scheduled basis.
• Serve as risk/claims data consultant/subject matter expert.
• Be an excellent communicator
• Synthesize complex risk data into understandable outputs
• Develop risk and claims based strategic insights, tools, resources, and reports for leadership consumption.
• Gain actionable insights from internal tools and other claims data sources to provide thought leadership to department leaders.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions focused on innovating and improving risk data management and reporting.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers.
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• 2 years of Management consulting or technical consulting experience.
