- Experience in contract management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Icertis Contract Management.
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good PC skills required

The Partner Coordinator is responsible for new on-boarding of partners as well as compliancy for current partners. Additionally, the Partner Coordinator ensures flow-down requirements are met and works closely with Legal and Risk teams. The Partner Coordinator approves purchase orders are released and runs reports to support PS.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-boarding new partners-International and Domestic
- Manages Certificate of Insurance (COI) and renewals
- Opens internal requests with Legal and Risk
- Supports flow down process and coordination of negotiations with legal and partners
- Provides purchase order approvals
- Compiles spend data, surveys and reporting
- Communicates regularly with the internal departments (Compliance, Legal and Risk)
- Supports PS Partner team processes
- Updates partner information in Partner Management database
- Performs SharePoint administration for PMT site to insure all information updated
- Serves as Key player in process improvements.
