Job Description

As the Sr. UX/UI Designer, ensure an accurate translation of a client requirements into design. Measure and optimize web-based applications to enhance usability, leveraging industry trends and exploring several approaches to solve end-user problems and provide the best user experience.  Work hand-in-hand with client stakeholders and Product Owners/Product Managers to strategize and develop a suite of applications for various operating systems including Windows, Web, Android, and iOS.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for cloud management platforms, security dashboards, and DevOps tools that balance functionality with usability
• Create end-to-end user experiences that streamline complex technical workflows for developers, operations teams, and security professionals
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across multiple cloud-native applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing with technical stakeholders to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure feasible implementation of design solutions
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate complex user flows and system interactions
• Contribute to product strategy by advocating for user needs and identifying opportunities for experience improvements
• Improve user efficiency and reduce cognitive load in complex technical tasks
• Enhance user adoption of cloud and DevOps tools
• Standardize design patterns across technical products
• Reduce training needs through intuitive interface design
• Support compliance requirements through clear security interfaces

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of UI/UX design experience, with focus on technical products
• Portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise application design
• Track record of shipping successful products in technical domains
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and DevOps workflows
• Familiarity with security concepts and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of technical user personas (developers, operations, security teams)
• Experience with enterprise software and B2B products
• Strong visual design capabilities
• Excellence in interaction design and information architecture
• User research and usability testing expertise
• Ability to communicate design decisions to technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with design documentation and specification
