Job Description
Developed and built by Notes Live, the Sunset Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Concession Stand Lead is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.
This ideal applicant will have previous supervisory or lead experience in a similar role or environment and have the ability to ‘think on their feet’ while enforcing Aramark’s Alcohol and Food Safety policies.
This employee will have the ability to work holidays, overtime, nights and/or weekends (as needed).
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $20.29, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
- Attends pre-shift huddles directed by Concessions Supervisors, Manager and/or Director of Concessions
- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
- Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures and customer service
- Ensures that food is prepared and built according to standardized recipes and directions
- Ensures that food is stored correctly by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Assists with workstation set-up to include prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables
- Assist and delegate the proper tear-down, cleaning and sanitizing of workstations
- Serves food to customers and employees while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
- Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including the checking of patron’s valid identification
- Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Ensures security of company assets
- Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a related position or field (Required)
- TEAM/ TIPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory (Required)
- Exhibit and practice the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
- Willingness to accept change and new procedures
- Demonstrated organizational skills��
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
