As a Senior Marketing Designer, you will work as an individual contributor to help execute design and elevate Empower's brand and all associated assets through high-quality and top-performing visual creative. You’ll lead graphic design efforts for creating designs for printed marketing collateral, online, digital, booth design, trade shows materials, as well as personal project management of these activities.

What you will do:

  • Graphic design (and art direction as needed), seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, and completion
  • Be highly conceptual and demonstrate a complete understanding of high-performing creative including color theory, hierarchy, typographic execution and knowledge of production and code development best practices
  • Take a collaborative approach with the design, writing, and video groups within the creative team
  • Partner with copywriters, creative leads, and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and executions
  • Work closely with Account Directors and Traffic Managers to keep all projects on track
  • Ensure all work consistently meets established brand standards and guidelines

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in graphic design
  • Demonstrated mastery of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs, as well as emerging design and project management tools
  • Experience in branding, print and web design, working within an in-house creative department or other creative team environment
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects while acting as a strategic partner to our stakeholders.

Base Salary Range

$69,400.00 - $98,050.00
