This role is a key partner to leaders and team members, helping create a compliant, supportive, and engaging workplace.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">You’ll play a hands-on role in employee relations, performance support, onboarding, and HR programs, serving as a trusted resource for both managers and team members while helping bring our culture to life.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted go-to for team members and managers, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support</li> <li>Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations</li> <li>Ensure consistent and compliant execution of performance management and corrective action processes</li> <li>Help maintain compliance across locations by supporting labor law adherence, policies, and HR best practices</li> <li>Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, including new hire orientations and ongoing support</li> <li>Contribute to a positive team member experience through engagement initiatives and clear communication</li> <li>Support key HR programs and projects, helping improve processes and tools across the organization</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Your Strengths</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong foundation in employee relations with the ability to handle sensitive situations thoughtfully and fairly</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement.</li> <li>Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and labor laws</li> <li>Clear communicator who can translate HR guidance into practical, easy-to-understand direction</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and employee records</li> <li>Collaborative partner who builds trust with leaders and team members at all levels</li> <li>Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;&
