We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to contribute to our evolving digital landscape. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting seamless and intuitive web interfaces, leveraging the latest in React.js and Material UI technologies. Your expertise will drive the development of reusable components and front-end libraries, ensuring our applications are scalable, efficient, and performant.

 

This role requires full-time onsite presence in our Berlin, CT office.

What you will be doing 

• Develop and optimize web interfaces to provide a superior user experience.
• Implement cutting-edge user-facing features using React.js (v18+) and Material UI (v5+).
• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring a clean and scalable codebase.
• Translate high-fidelity designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive code, with a focus on cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end features with back-end services, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code in line with best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing across various devices and browsers to guarantee a flawless user experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities for optimizing application performance and enhancing existing programs.

What we are looking for

• 3 years of front-end web development experience, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Strong technical foundation HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a heavy focus on JavaScript/TypeScript and/or React.js.
• Demonstrated expertise in building complex, interactive applications using React.js and its core principles.
• Well versed in integrating front-end features with RESTful Web Services, Web APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with front-end development tools such as Vite, NPM, and experience with popular design frameworks like MUI, Tailwind, or Chakra.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, to collaborate effectively within a development team.
• A passion for learning and a drive to continuously improve skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

Preferred Skills

 

• A talent for benchmarking and optimization, with a constant focus on improving application performance.
• Proficiency in using Material UI (v5+) to enhance UI design and user experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe AE
