Position Overview
Inframark is looking for a Senior Technician (Electrical & Controls Technician) who understands how things work and wants to keep learning more. If you’re strong in electrical and controls but also excited by the idea of becoming a truly well-rounded technician, this is a role where you can build a career, not just hold a job.
Key Responsibilities
Your core focus will be electrical and controls work, including:
• Working inside control panels
• Running relays, outputs, and I/O
• Understanding low voltage and medium voltage systems
• Troubleshooting breakers, starters, pump controls, and control logic
• Working with sensors and 4–20mA electrical equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving system issues in real-world field conditions
In addition to controls, this role gives you the opportunity to:
• Learn plumbing and mechanical systems
• Perform service and maintenance on treatment systems
• Gain experience with pumps, piping, and mechanical components
• Expand your skill set with on-the-job mentoring from experienced technicians
This position is ideal for someone who already has a solid background in electrical and controls, but wants to grow into an all-around skilled technician with a broader understanding of how entire systems work together.

Who We’re Looking For
• Experience or strong working knowledge of electrical and controls systems
• Comfortable working in panels and troubleshooting control systems
• Willingness to learn plumbing and mechanical aspects of the trade
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to improve
• Someone who enjoys independence but also values working with a tight-knit team
