Senior Manager

Location: Brussels,Brussels,Belgium

For one of our clients, Prosource looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in IT infrastructure. The client will take over all infrastructure department of a large public entity. The challenges are various including experience on Infrastructure project, migrations, knowledge transfer, and managing large customers.

What you are and you will do:

-        You are able to set up a service team for one or more customers, including putting together a team and organisation, processes, tooling, etc.

-        You can identify challenges and areas for improvement in a service organisation and develop and implement improvement plans in terms of people, organisation, processes and tools, ...

-        You are responsible for managing the contracts.

-        You maintain the Service Level Agreements, communicate about them according to agreed governance models, take actions where necessary. You provide all stakeholders with correct and timely information on the way management activities are carried out.

-        You follow up on the client's budget/contract, monitor, ensure correct charging for services provided.

-        You build a long-term relationship with the client and work from a see-it, own-it, solve-it, do-it, tell-it mentality.

-        You are in close contact with the customer, understanding their needs and managing complex stakeholder structures and expectations.

-        You handle escalations of high-priority issues and communication to the customer.

What we are looking for:

-        Senior Manager

-        At least several years of relevant experience as a Service Manager, preferably within the Infrastructure.

-        A higher education is required, and training or courses in project management.

-        Leadership experience is a plus.

-        ITIL and Agile principles has no secret for you. You are therefore able to build a powerful management organisation (governance) around these principles.

-        You are fluent in Dutch and English.
