Senior Backend Developer

Right now we are looking for a senior backend developer for our Danish team who want to be part of this journey, who care about impact, not just output. With a product mindset, you will help shape the next phase of our growth.

What you will do

• Responsible for building and operating a high-traffic application within Sambla Group

• Maintain and develop a robust, highly commercial system handling large volumes

• Contribute to continuous improvements to meet evolving business needs

• Help modernise and enhance the system in line with technological advancements
  

What we are looking for

• Solid work experience within javaScript, PHP based web applications as well as a strong working experience with mySQL or other relational databases.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  

• Strong technical understanding and experience. Can pick things up as they are and take responsibility for that.

• Strong working experience with communication, understanding of business requirements and stakeholder management.
  
  

• Working end to end with a larger project from planning to implementation.

• Bonus: Experience with Laravel

• Bonus: Familiarity with Python, Linux based systems, AWS, CI/CD and/or Elastic+Kibana

• Bonus: Desire to learn and understand business requirements and stakeholder management
