✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role
• 1+ year’ blockchain experience with a profound understanding of the domain
• 1+ year’ experience in the financial domain; financial background, including a good understanding of complex scenarios of various financial instruments
• Extensive team management experience, excellent people skills
• Profound knowledge of BA methodology and tools; ability to simplify complex concepts and present them to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with task-tracking and modeling tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Advanced English level

Desirable:

• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or blockchain technologies
• Good familiarity with project management methodologies

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

You will use your knowledge and skills to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the development process, enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of the team’s blockchain projects.

• Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, ensuring clear and standards-compliant project specifications
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders, assisting in feature prioritization and managing requested changes
• Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication with the development team
• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their productivity for effective collaboration and promptly resolving/escalating blockers
• Create and maintain relevant project-related documentation, including visualizing developed solution workflows through diagrams
