We are always looking for the best professionals.</p> <p>Our DNA is made up of talent, innovation and passion.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><li> Economics or Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.</li><li> Qualified as Chartered Accountant or as a Lawyer with license to practice in Italy. </li><li> Between 2 and 4 years of proven experience within the Tax field, gained within a comparable law firm.</li><p> In particular the candidate should have significant experience in the following areas:</p><p> - corporate and tax law;</p><p> - IFRS;</p><p> - extraordinary M&amp;A operations;</p><p> - domestic and international ruling proceedings before the Tax Authority and</p><p> tax issues related to the re-organization of business and personal assets.</p><li> High level of English (Certificate C1).
