Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available (varies by clinic)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $95,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Details
Our Central Valley clinics provide hands-on, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care for patients of all ages. Services include:
Orthopedic and sports therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative rehab
Spine and TMJ rehabilitation
Vestibular therapy
Upper and lower extremity rehab
Work injury rehabilitation
Gait and orthotic assessments
As part of California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), PTAs benefit from mentorship, residencies, and leadership pathways in a supportive, patient-first culture.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
Implement and progress individualized treatment plans
Provide direct care to help patients regain function, strength, and mobility
Accurately document patient care in EMR systems
Collaborate with staff and clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current California PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
