Salary & Incentives

  • Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available (varies by clinic)

  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

  • Total compensation potential: $95,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Details
Our Central Valley clinics provide hands-on, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care for patients of all ages. Services include:

  • Orthopedic and sports therapy

  • Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation

  • Pre- and post-operative rehab

  • Spine and TMJ rehabilitation

  • Vestibular therapy

  • Upper and lower extremity rehab

  • Work injury rehabilitation

  • Gait and orthotic assessments

As part of California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), PTAs benefit from mentorship, residencies, and leadership pathways in a supportive, patient-first culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT

  • Implement and progress individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct care to help patients regain function, strength, and mobility

  • Accurately document patient care in EMR systems

  • Collaborate with staff and clinicians to ensure excellent outcomes

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current California PTA license (or eligibility)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
