Position Overview

As the leader for Business Technology (BT) Enterprise Architecture and Integration you will play a key role in outlining our strategy and designing, implementing, and managing our enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and AI-driven solutions. You will play a hands-on role and lead a small team of integration analysts to ensure that technology systems are well-designed, integrated, and optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Diligent uses state of the art enterprise SaaS applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, GainSight, Dell Boomi, Snowflake, Tableau, Oracle HRIS, ServiceNow etc.). Your experience with a similar eco systems, sound knowledge of integration concepts and an automation mindset will help play a critical role as part of the BT BT leadership team. You will work cross functionally with leaders across various functions to keep the technology roadmap directly aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy:
  • Develop and implement an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with our business goals and leverage AI concepts.
  • Drive architectural decisions that enable scalability, reliability and security.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our architecture remains competitive.
• Integration Strategy
  • Lead the integration team to design, implement and support robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions using Dell Boomi or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them to technical solutions.
  • Ensure seamless and secure data flow across the organization and between external partners.
• AI Integration
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI concepts and machines learning to drive productivity and help make our business processes more efficient.
  • Work closely within BT, your team and cross functionally to implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize AI models to enhance business outcomes.
• Team Leadership
  • Manage a team of integration specialists and mentor or hire architects/ AI experts as the company grows.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
• Vendor Management
  • Oversee relationships with technology vendors, including Dell Boomi and ensure optimal utilization of their solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that align with our architecture and integration strategy.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is typically required for this role. (Master's degree may be preferred).
• Proven experience (8+ years) in enterprise architecture and integration roles.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning, and their practical applications.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in driving strong relationships and business partnerships with key commercial leaders. Business consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, integration, or AI are a plus.

 

New York pay range $200,000—$270,000 USD
