It is a very exciting time of growth for our Managed Services team, and we are currently hiring a D365 Application Developer to contribute to the success of our growing team.  

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.

What will I be doing?

We are seeking individuals with Microsoft experience that are interested in an exciting and challenging career working with both Azure development tools as well as Dynamics 365. You will join our Managed Services team supporting clients.  As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in a dynamic work environment (and work with some pretty great people too)! You will be assigned several clients within your team, conducting your responsibilities on a remote basis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide advisory level consulting for existing Azure and D365 custom developed solutions
• Enhancing and supporting both Azure based custom solutions and Dynamics 365 custom solutions for clients
• Creating requirements and functional design specifications, along with detailed implementation plans and user-focused test scripts
• Anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of clients
• Working closely with clients to meet daily delivery expectations and support operations

• Ability to make decisions and manage time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule
• Adept at requirements elicitation and mapping those to business needs and technical solution
• Credible and professional presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the desire to work in a team environment across organization functional boundaries
• Exceptional track record of individual & collaborative troubleshooting (problem-solving)
• Azure Dev Ops and Git for Source Control.
• At least 8 years of development experience across both
• Develop against API’s for D365 (C# Plug-In ) and Power Pages
• Modern Applications services within Azure (C#, React, Node, TypeScript, Logic Apps, etc )
• Oauth authentication with 3rd party API’s. Setup and Understand how to configure Oauth, app registrations, etc.
• Webhooks, App Storage, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure App Storage

What would set me apart?

• Hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Apps, BC and CS and Power Automate
• C#, Plug-In, XRM, etc
• Power Pages – Working Knowledge thru 1 year experience
• Power Apps Model / Dataverse – 2 to 3 years experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Low Code and Modern Applications developed within Azure.
• Full lifecycle implementation, upgrade, and deployment experience
• C#, React, Node, Python, etc..
• Azure Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps , WebApps, etc
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• MCP and MCTS certification
• Previous IT consulting background or Previous managed services experience
