Senior Platform Engineer

Fortum is on the lookout for someone to join our CloudOps &amp; Platform Engineering team within the IAM &amp; M365 technical squad. <br/> <br/> You can work from our offices in Espoo, Solna, or Wroclaw, with the added flexibility of hybrid work arrangements.<br/> <br/> <b>About the role</b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll be at the heart of managing and optimizing Fortum's core authentication and collaboration environment. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on development in modern IGA &amp; PAM solutions, installing, configuring, deploying, developing, and optimizing these solutions. You'll be the go-to person for operating the IGA &amp; PAM solutions and developing workflows for identity lifecycle management. Plus, you'll manage and maintain together with the rest of the squad our Microsoft hybrid identity environments and support and optimize Microsoft hybrid Exchange environments.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>This role is all about collaboration. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our IAM and M365 services run smoothly. You'll be part of a dynamic team that focuses on security optimization, identity lifecycle management, and supporting various IT and business functions with their IAM needs. It's a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>About you </b></span></span></p> <p><span><span>We're looking for someone with the following: </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience with one or more complex IGA and/or PAM solutions (e.g., Sailpoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, Delinea, SSH PrivX).</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A good understanding of IAM/IDM processes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Hands-on experience with LinuxOS and shell scripting, as well as PowerShell for AD &amp; EntraID.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A solid understanding of networks.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of AWS, Azure and/or on-prem datacenter environments.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>ITSM integration knowledge (ServiceNow) is a plus.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong collaboration and communication skills.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>A team-oriented approach and a commitment to working together.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Your ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively will be key in this role.
