This role is crucial for helping us attract, engage, and onboard top engineering talent as we grow and pursue our ambitious plans for 2026.</p><h3><strong>About the role 🚀</strong></h3><p>As an <strong>Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong>, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive the <strong>end-to-end recruitment process</strong> for software engineering roles. Your work will help us build <strong>dynamic, high-performing teams</strong> that accelerate Factorial’s success across markets.</p><h3><strong>Your Mission ✨</strong></h3><ul> <li><p><strong>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle</strong> for software engineering roles: schedule interviews, coordinate with engineering teams, provide timely feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Screen and evaluate candidates</strong>: review resumes, conduct phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Collaborate closely with engineering stakeholders</strong> (hiring managers, tech leads, managers) to understand team needs and advise on recruitment strategy.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Innovate in sourcing</strong>: propose new methods for attracting top engineering talent, manage talent communities, and represent Factorial at tech events.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Ensure an outstanding candidate experience</strong> throughout every stage of the recruitment process.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Proactively source passive candidates</strong> and engage them through multiple channels.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Support People team initiatives</strong>: contribute to projects in People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity &amp; Inclusion, and more.</p></li> </ul><h3><strong>Qualifications 🚀</strong></h3><ul> <li><p>Fluent in <strong>English and Spanish</strong>.</p></li> <li><p>Passionate about <strong>recruitment</strong> and eager to work with diverse roles across the organization, from engineering to sales, finance, and beyond.</p></li> <li><p>Strong <strong>communication and interpersonal skills</strong> – you’re a natural people person.</p></li> <li><p><strong>Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable</strong>, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p></li> <li><p>Quick learner, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve processes and candidate experience.</p></li> </ul><p></p><h2><strong>Compensation 💰</strong></h2><p>The salary range for this position is <strong>€27,000–€30,000</strong>, which includes a <strong>fixed base plus a performance-based quarterly</strong> bonus.
