As an Operations Assistant…you will support the organization, administration, and operations of Apptegy’s headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are growing quickly, yet remain focused on crafting an incredible experience for our people, clients, and guests.
We care about every experience big and small. We are looking for someone that is driven, hungry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person can also handle various tasks and projects around the office that help us to maintain the work environment that we’ve worked so hard to cultivate. This role is extremely hands-on, detail-oriented, and it bears much responsibility.
In this role, you will…Be a main point of contact for guests and employees, ensuring that everyone who enters Apptegy has a friendly and fun experience. Ensure the office is clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming to employees and guests alike. This includes maintaining work spaces that are not only comfortable, but organized and professional.
- Inventory Management: appropriately track and maintain office and kitchen/snacks supplies with strong attention to detailCoordinate and book travel arrangements for staff, as needed.- Support the Events & Operations Manager with logistics for company parties, offsites, and in-office special events.- Assist with managing the company's branded merchandise, ensuring branding meets the company brand standards.- Help manage the company’s drink, snack and catering programs as well as other on-site services.- Coordinating and managing relationships with various vendors.- Preparing new hire workstations, working with facilities and people team staff.- Assist with various office projects as requested, working independently and taking projects from conception to completion.
