We are hiring a Sr Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and team for our pizza manufacturing facility located in the Florence, KY. In this role, you will drive the company's safety culture and play a key leadership role in the plant. Your HR expertise will enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, and company-wide HR initiatives within our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with factory leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results.
- Drive engagement by championing the company’s vision, mission, purpose, and culture initiatives.
- Provide transparent communication, and promotes employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale.
- Administer Human Resources function in collaboration with Center of Excellence groups including employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, EEO/AA, and benefits.
- Coach, motivates and develops team members and the plant leadership team.
- Direct, train and develop a team of HR professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum 8+ years’ experience as an HR Business partner creating and executing staffing and talent strategies, employee engagement, retention, and employee relations
- Strong project management and business acumen with experience in driving programs that support the overall business objectives
- Strong knowledge of U.S. HR laws and regulations, U.S. HR and employee relations' practices and policies
- People management experience
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $104,625 to $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters degree preferred)
Years of Related Experience: 8-10 years related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: PHR or SPHR certification; Solid knowledge of all Human Resources disciplines and relatedpolicies/ procedures (staffing/employment/relocation, employee/labor relations, total rewards, training, etc.);Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and other regulatory standards related to HR disciplines; Strong problemsolving and decision- making skills that reflect the depth of knowledge, focus on the customer, and recognition ofbusiness objectives; Solid interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and negotiation skills; Strongpeople management and project management skills; Solid PC skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.;Basic understanding of business unit products, markets, policies and processes.
