Responsibilities
The Systems Integrator (SI) will support the Program Manager in all aspects of the management and administration of the program. This will include engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously. The SI will liaise with Sponsor mission partners, facilitate communication, and schedule meetings between the Sponsor and Contractor. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Coordinating program management process activities including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings/presentations
- Managing the Integrated Master Schedule utilized to capture all TIPs in their various stages
- Assist PM in assessing, documenting, and tracking projects
- Support the PM in resource-level planning and analysis
- Coordinate project schedules
- Participate in program-level meetings, document and distribute minutes and action items, and track action items for successful completion
- Track key program- and project-level metrics
- Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation
- Compose program-level highlights and updates to communicate impact for executive-level audiences.
Qualifications
Required:
- Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with a willingness to assist and support teams with evolving requirements and objectives
- Strong analytical abilities and skills in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks
- Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, work several tasks concurrently, and efficiently manage a high volume of emails, develop fluency with online tracking tools rapidly and effectively
- Proven ability to work independently while also coordinating, collaborating, and liaising with appropriate stakeholders
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with officers at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking ability to take action to execute mission by leveraging networks and drawing on multiple areas of expertise
- Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously
- Extensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for all levels of audiences
- Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong initiative and follow through
- Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7, or relevant experience
Desired:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer experience
- Experience working in multiple customer Directorates
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
