We are part of the ING’s Wholesale Banking Tech Transaction Services organization.</p><p></p><p><b><span>The team</span></b></p><p>We are responsible for the design, modification and maintenance of the software solutions used to process receivables finance deals, supply chain finance deals, bank guarantees, trade loans, letters of credit and documentary collections. The team is currently focusing on accelerating the digitalization of the global customer journeys for Bank Guarantees, covering the development front-to-back and enabling straight-through processing via channels, backend services and other applications from our IT landscape. Our mission is to create fast, customer-centric solutions for our wholesale banking customers.</p><p>Embrace a dynamic and challenging environment, following the Scrum development process with two-week sprints and the DevOps approach using the below technologies:</p><ul><li>Distributed systems running cloud-natively.</li><li>Back-end development using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Spring Data JPA.), Java 17+ and Kotlin.</li><li>Hands on experience with RDBMS (we use Oracle).</li><li>Front-end development in JavaScript and Lit-Element (web components).</li><li>CI/CD &amp; Backlog Management using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Hands on experience with Docker and OpenShift.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; alerting using Grafana/Prometheus &amp; ELK.</li><li>Test automation with Junit, Karate/Cucumber, Gherkin and Gatling.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Roles and responsibilities</span></b></p><p>As DevOps Engineer, you are a key player in the cooperation between engineers, product owners, customer journey experts and other stakeholders.
