If you're a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for winning work and managing key client relationships, we want you on our team.<br/></p><p><strong>Main responsibilities: </strong></p><ul> <li>Lead project management for public sector proposals, from strategy to content creation, ensuring compliance and branding requirements.</li> <li>Create high-quality, customized content to make our proposals stand out.</li> <li>Collaborate with compliance and pricing teams to incorporate best practices.</li> <li>Gather and act on proposal feedback for continuous improvement.</li> <li>Ensure the delivery of commitments made in successful proposals.</li> <li>Maintain our proposals management system and process.</li> <li>Drive the management and development of our most significant client relationships.</li> <li>Organize internal/external client training programs.</li> <li>Assist in developing client plans and internal reporting.</li> <li>Contribute to monthly reports on proposal performance.</li> <li>Ensure all opportunities are logged centrally.</li> <li>Review proposal templates, structures, and content for consistency.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Previous experience with bids, tenders, or proposals is essential.</li> <li>Previous experience in a professional services/law environment is advantageous.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Project management expertise.</li> <li>Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Interest in and experience with public sector tenders is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal English.</li> <li>Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a non-directive environment.</li> <li>Effective interpersonal skills and a strong team player.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Diversity &amp; Inclusion</strong></p><p>Essential to our success as a global law firm is our ability to attract and retain the best talent from a diverse range of backgrounds.
