Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker to support key business initiatives, project management, and storytelling for internal and external strategy. This role will work closely with the leadership Field Learning team to analyze trends, provide strategic recommendations, develop compelling presentations, and drive execution on high-impact projects. This role requires strong critical thinking, storytelling, and an ability to connect data-driven insights with business strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic initiatives by gathering insights, identifying opportunities, and driving execution.
- Develop compelling presentations and strategic decks for Field Productivity and Value Streams, effectively communicating business strategy and progress.
- Assist in project management by ensuring key initiatives stay on track and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to align key projects with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends in Learning and Development and internal performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations that drive strategic decision making.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across Value Streams to ensure alignment across business units.
- Assist in prioritization of initiatives, ensuring focus on high-value projects.
- Help craft a compelling narrative around the strategy, vision, and competitive positioning
- Support team culture through planning and coordination of monthly and quarterly meetings within the Field Learning Organization
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, management or a related field and/or equivalent experience (MBA preferred but not required).
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling, executive-ready materials.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence decision-making.
- Experience in project management and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
