What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software for high-traffic, large-audience platforms
Oversee and mentor junior and senior software developers and QA developers
Collaborate with Digital Strategy & Marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across web and mobile platforms
Drive strategic initiatives that contribute to customer value, retention, business revenue, and cost effectiveness
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance
Champion best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trend
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience building enterprise-level software for large audiences and high-traffic environments
Hands-on expertise with ReactJS, NextJS, Windows Azure, Vercel, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience leading and managing software development teams
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with product/project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with B2B/B2C, mobile applications, and ecommerce optimization (nice to have)
Experience in cable/broadband industry (nice to have, not required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with enterprise content management systems (SiteCore, AEM, etc).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
