Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pre/Post or Endo team. This position plays a vital role in providing safe, patient-centered care across the perioperative continuum while supporting our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve.
Education

Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure & Certifications
-
License: Current New York State license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (required)- All new grads must be fully licensed by August 10, 2026 to begin the residency program.

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire/orientation

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Professional, courteous, and effective interaction with patients, families, and team members

Strong ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and support teamwork through positive role modeling

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills (in person and via telephone)

Computer literacy with prior experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system

Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products

The RN must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care to patients across the lifespan. This includes:

Providing appropriate care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
Hourly Rate of Pay: $40.71
