About the job you’re considering

As an Engagement Manager (EM), you will lead strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation programs for clients in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and driving innovation across platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, and PTC Windchill. This is a high-impact role that blends technical expertise, program leadership, and client-facing strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your role

  • Lead PLM program delivery across multiple workstreams, including data migration, cutover, and deployment.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are consistently achieved.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.
  • Define and execute PLM transformation roadmaps that align with client business objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO9001, as well as export control/ITAR regulations.
  • Manage cross-functional and transnational teams to meet quality, compliance, and delivery benchmarks.

Your skills and experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience in PLM program management, ideally within consulting or OEM environments.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, or PTC Windchill platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM-ERP integration (SAP), MES systems (TrakSys), and Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Background in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Consumer-Packaged Goods, or Manufacturing sectors is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
  • Capgemini EM Certification (Foundation or higher) is required.
