Business Data Analyst- Data Integration & Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration & Process Optimization

• Maintain and develop data integrations between systems to ensure seamless information flow.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in data processing, automation, and system workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize data pipelines and transformations.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports for business insights.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Leverage Power BI, SQL, or other visualization tools to improve decision-making.

System Consolidation & Modernization

• Assist in sunsetting outdated systems and migrating data to new ERP platform.
• Conduct impact assessments and help in system transition planning.
• Document current and future state processes, ensuring a smooth transition.

Strategic Support & Collaboration

• Partner with the Vice President to identify business inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operations to align technology with business goals.
• Provide training and support to ensure stakeholders can leverage new solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data integration or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel, and data processing tools.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or data integration platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Alteryx, PowerApps).
• Ability to analyze business processes, propose automated or streamlined solutions, build, and maintain ETLs and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.

Pay Range: $75,000- $90,000
