ECM Clinical Consultant - Norwalk

The Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Services Clinical Consultant ensures the quality of services provided by the ECM Services Program addressing the clinical and non- clinical circumstances of high- need members. The ECM Clinical Consultant provides direct supervision for ECM Lead Care Managers and supports ECM Services Program activities related to staff training, assessment, quality assurance and improvement, and evaluation of the services. The Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Services Clinical Consultant reports directly to the ECM Director.

1. Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD, or PsyD.
2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
3. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the
duties of the position.

$1,000 Signing Bonus: Receive the first half of $1,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after completion of 6 months of employment.
