The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all housekeeping operations at the hotel to deliver an excellent guest experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the daily operation of the Housekeeping department and public areas of the hotel
- Perform daily inspection of rooms and public areas
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department
- Regularly inspect all fixtures, fitting, and appliances to ensure compliance to standards and take action as necessary to conform to Company standards
- Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the housekeeping team
- Maintain good communication and work relationships with other departments, vendors, and guests
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Housekeeping team and manage staff performance issues in compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Understand team member and guest satisfaction results
- Manage housekeeping inventory and maintain par level of linen and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures including but not limited to organizational, brand, OSHA, sanitation, and Health & Safety
- Perform other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by team members and guests
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Must be 21 years or older
- At least 1 year of supervisor experience in a hotel
- High school diploma or equivalent required
