The Impact you will have in this role:
The Executive Director of Enterprise Transformation at DTCC will play a pivotal role in driving the enterprise-wide objectives by leading transformation programs and strategic initiatives across our investment portfolio. The incumbent will be part of the CFO team and report directly to the Managing Director, leading Enterprise Transformation. This role will require close collaboration with various teams across the organization, including Business, IT, Legal Compliance and the Executive Committee. This role is instrumental in shaping DTCC's future and driving its success. The role is responsible for leading transformative projects, collaborating with talented teams, and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives that will shape the capital markets for years to come.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in the development and execution of business strategy, roadmap and execution plans to deliver projected value.
- Develop and implement critical initiatives to drive transformation and growth across DTCC by defining and executing detailed planning and implementation concepts across all business and group functions to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Lead successful cross-functional matrixed teams, coordinate across multiple internal and external partners to orchestrate all aspects of the execution lifecycle.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to advise strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, making vital adjustments as needed.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
- Deliver a high degree of partner satisfaction through high-performing teams, independent delivery and strategic leadership.
- Demonstrate ability to not only identify and resolve strategic opportunities, risks and issues.
- Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be needed.
- Create a customized change management strategy and roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the project.
- Influence a broad spectrum of collaborators toward achieving business goals, understanding how potential process and system changes might impact upstream and downstream processes and/or systems.
- Analyze cost structures and develop cost reduction or performance improvement tactics to deliver programs within investment targets.
- Work and/or collaborate with key business collaborators to develop business cases as well as define a roadmap to implement the remediation.
- Work with key collaborators to improve existing or developing new operational processes and procedures as needed.
- Assist with the organization’s transformation including building internal process expertise and capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree pref
