Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:
As a Senior Program Manager – Hospitality Tech , you will own and drive largescale, crossfunctional programs that enable Accor to deploy technology faster, more consistently, and at scale across its global hotel network.
Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and field operations , you will take ambiguous, complex business problems and turn them into clear roadmaps, scalable ways of working, and tangible results on the ground. You are accountable not only for design, but for execution, adoption, and measurable impact.
This is a builder role within an ongoing digital and operating model transformation. You will design pragmatic solutions, implement enabling technology, and work handson with product teams and regional tech teams to make change stick in a heterogeneous, partially legacy environment where pragmatism and iteration matter more than perfect design.
You will be expected to drive decisions, challenge existing approaches, and reshape programs or frameworks when they do not scale or deliver impact , while operating through influence in a global organization.
Your mission:
1. Own and Scale Hospitality Tech Deployment Programs
Own endtoend programs related to the deployment of Hospitality Tech solutions across regions and hotel types, with clear accountability for outcomes.
Identify structural deployment challenges (e.g. prioritization conflicts, capacity constraints, regional readiness gaps) and turn them into scalable, repeatable solutions.
Design, test, and continuously improve deployment models covering demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and rollout orchestration, with a strong focus on speed, adoption, and impact.
Build and maintain a clear, multiquarter deployment roadmap aligned with product strategies and regional realities.
Act as a key interface between product teams, regional tech teams, and central stakeholders, driving alignment through clear cadence, data, and continuous feedback loops.
2. Build Tooling and Enable TechDriven Ways of Working
Identify productivity, scalability, and execution pain points faced by regional tech teams through direct engagement and analysis.
Define and own a coherent tooling strategy and roadmap (e.g. WeMax, ServiceNow, and adjacent solutions), grounded in clear value propositions and business impact.
Lead tooling initiatives endtoend: business case, vendor selection, piloting, rollout, and sustained adoption, in close collaboration with IT, product, and regional teams.
Design lightweight but effective enablement approaches (playbooks, training paths, success metrics) to ensure tools are used in practice and deliver measurable value.
Continuously iterate tools and ways of working based on field feedback and performance data.
3. Contribute to IT Operating Model Evolution
Contribute to the evolution of Accor’s Hospitality Tech operating model in line with strategic priorities (e.g. scalability, franchise growth, efficiency).
Translate strategic orientations into concrete operating model changes, including role definitions, interaction models, and accountability boundaries.
Design pragmatic governance and RACI models that sim
