Role Overview

The Senior Account Executive, Off-Price for 7 For All Mankind is a strategic, results-driven sales professional responsible for driving off-price revenue, margin, and customer profitability across assigned accounts. This role requires deep expertise in the apparel—denim a plus—industry, strong retail math acumen, and the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships at all levels. The Senior Account Executive partners closely with internal teams to forecast, plan, and execute profitable sales strategies in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.


Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver off-price financial sales targets, consistently exceeding customer profitability goals and seasonal plans as defined by management.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage seasonal financial sales and receipt plans by account, ensuring alignment with internal budgets, forecasts, and margin objectives.
  • Accurately maintain and update the monthly sales forecast by account, store, and channel, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and margin implications.
  • Analyze weekly retail selling performance, identifying best sellers, key drivers, and emerging trends; collaborate with management to ensure current and future inventory supports sales demand.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and overall business health, translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal partners.
  • Ensure all market orders and EDI submissions are received by established deadlines to support timely production, allocation, and shipping.
  • Create and execute strategic liquidation plans to profitably manage and clear excess or aging inventory while protecting brand and margin integrity.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience within the apparel industry
  • Off-price experience very strongly preferred
  • Advanced expertise in Retail Math, sales planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Strong independent thinker with a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in driving business growth and solving complex challenges
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project planning and execution capabilities
  • Proven ability to travel domestically by air and car, including overnight stays and occasional weekend work to support market and account needs


This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office 

 

PAY RATE: $90,000/yr-$115,000/yr
