We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development</span></p><p></p><p>We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our diverse and dynamic team.</p><p>As a Senior CTA at ICON Plc, you will play a key role in supporting the management and execution of clinical trials by handling a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will contribute to the smooth execution of clinical trials through efficient coordination, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>A) Data &amp; Trackers (≈50%)</p><ul><li>Update local trackers and ensure data quality.</li><li>Extract and assemble performance data from systems (CTMS/eTMF/SSU/NCV, local sources)</li><li>Perform an initial sanity check of performance elements; Escalate gaps/points of attention to the S&amp;Om responsible for performance</li></ul><p></p><p>B) Patient recruitment – ​​contribution to the provider deployment plan (≈20%)</p><ul><li>Logistical and operational assistance with the deployment of the provider deployment plan and implementation within SSO in collaboration with the S&amp;Om responsible for this activity (For example: Monitoring the study implementation plan, extracting data from the CTMS, updating the KLNEO system, etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p>C) Logistical support and assistance to the SSOLT team (≈30%)</p><ul><li>Booking rooms for internal meetings, team meetings, and one-off events</li><li>Organizing SSO management team meetings: sending invitations, managing availability, preparing materials, tracking attendance</li><li>Supporting the organization of internal events (workshops, training sessions, townhalls, etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You will need:</b></p><ul><li>3-4 years of experience in clinical research, with knowledge of the environment (to be in ability to understand numbers).</li><li>Ease of data analysis: Advanced Excel (pivot tables), Power BI skills <span>(loading/refreshing).</span></li><li>Organized, rigorous, and good communication skills, able to adapt to a matrix organization.</li><li><span>Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What ICON can offer you:</b></p><p></p><p>Our success depends on the quality of our people.
