We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our firmwide People Operations team. 

Requirements

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
