Role Responsibilities

Strategy Execution & Organizational Alignment

  • Drive execution of enterprise priorities through integrated planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Organize project management processes, align resources, and ensure dependencies are managed effectively.
  • Establish operating rhythms, scorecards, and accountability mechanisms to deliver on strategic plans.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to create clarity, alignment, and momentum.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication of strategy, direction, and results to internal and external stakeholders.

Member Pulse & Advisory Services

  • Lead and scale Filene’s Member Pulse fintech product, including staffing and processes that enable customer success and operational excellence.
  • Achieve growth milestones: Expand Member Pulse to 20+ credit unions in FY2026 and 30+ in FY2027.
  • Deliver Advisory Services revenue targets: $750,000 in FY2026 and $1M+ in FY2027.
  • Manage P&L for Member Pulse and Advisory Services, ensuring profitable growth.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and fintech revenue-sharing models.
  • Provide advisory support to credit union executives, facilitating sessions and representing Filene at external panels and speaking opportunities.

Data & Digital Strategy

  • Oversee development and integration of digital and data infrastructure to support B2B marketing, content delivery, and customer engagement.
  • Lead execution of Filene’s digital strategy, coordinating multiple cross-functional projects to drive adoption and results.
  • Champion innovative, market-facing technologies – including AI – that advance relevance and impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, research, and technology partners to achieve digital engagement goals.
  • Ensure sound data governance and strategic use of Filene’s data assets.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director, Talent & Strategy to build digital fluency and adoption readiness across teams.

General & Administrative

  • Model Filene Credo and play a key role in maintaining the culture of the organization through personal and cross-functional accountabilities.
  • Demonstrate visible, values-driven leadership that inspires trust, motivates teams, and develops future leaders while fostering collaboration and accountability across the enterprise.
  • Actively support the achievement of Filene's strategic objectives, plan, budget, and metrics in a manner consistent with Filene’s mission, values, and brand.
  • Provide extraordinary service to Filene’s staff, members, and stakeholders.
  • Understand and engage in Filene’s complete body of work including research and advisory programs to connect member needs with Filene solutions that can best meet those needs.
  • Prioritize and manage workload across several projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to shift gears when necessary to meet key deadlines.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, innovation, customer success, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of scaling products or services, leading cross-functional teams, and driving enterprise-level execution.
  • Deep knowledge of the credit union industry and its evolving market landscape.
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms, digital marketing, fintech solutions, and/or revenue-sharing models.
  • Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and digital transformation.
  • Travel expected up to 40% to fulfill the requirements of the role.
