<p><b><u>Job Family</u>:</b></p>Business Operations<p><br/><b><u>Travel Required</u>:</b></p>Up to 25%<p><br/><b><u>Clearance Required</u>:</b></p>None<p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Do</u>:</b></p><p>Role Summary</p><p>The Project Management Lead (PML) supports Revenue Cycle implementation initiatives and Special Accounts Receivable (AR) projects by providing structured coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication support. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Operations Leaders, and Client stakeholders to ensure projects stay organized, on-track, and execution-focused across people, process, and technology workstreams. This is an execution-heavy, decision-light role designed to remove administrative burden from senior Project Managers and accelerate delivery.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Project Coordination &amp; Execution Support</p><ul><li>Maintain integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and dependency tracking</li><li>Track action items, owners, and due dates across implementation and Special AR workstreams</li><li>Coordinate internal and client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-ups</li><li>Support go-live, post-live, and stabilization activities for revenue cycle initiatives</li></ul><p></p><p>Revenue Cycle Implementation Support</p><ul><li>Assist with implementation readiness activities including current-state intake, data collection, and validation</li><li>Support deployment of AR, denial management, cash posting, credit balance, and follow-up initiatives</li><li>Coordinate training logistics, materials distribution, and attendance tracking</li><li>Track punch-list items and post-implementation remediation efforts</li></ul><p>Special AR &amp; Targeted Workstreams</p><ul><li>Support short-term, high-focus AR initiatives such as aging reduction and backlog burn-downs</li><li>Track production metrics, volume trends, and target milestones for Special AR projects</li><li>Consolidate operational inputs into executive-ready status updates</li><li>Support transitions between implementation, project, and steady-state operations</li><li>Support SOP Development</li><li>Administrative support for Projects, Solutions, and Campaigns</li></ul><p>Reporting &amp; Deliverables</p><ul><li>Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates</li><li>Compile data for governance decks, MORs, and client communications</li><li>Ensure project artifacts are organized, version-controlled, and audit-ready</li><li>Support documentation of workflows, SOP updates, and project close-out materials</li></ul><p><b><u>What You Will Need:</u></b></p><ul><li>Requires a University Degree and minimum 6-8 years of prior relevant experience; (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)</li><li>6 years of experience in project coordination/project management, PMO, or healthcare operations support</li><li>Experience with healthcare revenue cycle functions including AR, billing, denials, and cash posting</li><li>Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams</li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams in deadline-driven environments</li><li>Ability to travel 10-25%</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What Would be Nice to Have:</u></b></p><ul><li>Prior experience supporting revenue cycle implementations or AR performance initiatives</li><li>Familiarity with Epic or Meditech revenue cycle workflows</li><li>PMP, CAPM, or project management coursework (preferred, not required)</li><li>Experience in consulting, managed services, or large health systems</li></ul><p></p><p></p>The annual salary range for this position is <span>$68,000.00-$113,000.00.</span> Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.<p><br/><b><u>What We Offer</u>:</b></p><p>Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.</p><p></p><p>Benefits include:</p><ul><li><p>Medical, Rx, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</p></li><li><p>Personal and Family Sick Time &amp; Company Paid Holidays</p></li><li><p>Position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus</p></li><li><p>Parental Leave</p></li><li><p>401(k) Retirement Plan</p></li><li><p>Basic Life &amp; Supplemental Life</p></li><li><p>Health Savings Account, Dental/Vision &amp; Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts</p></li><li><p>Short-Term &amp; Long-Term Disability</p></li><li><p>Tuition Reimbursement, Personal Development &amp; Learning Opportunities</p></li><li><p>Skills Development &amp; Certifications</p></li><li><p>Employee Referral Program</p></li><li><p>Corporate Sp
