Billing Specialist

Job Overview

Image Source is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Billing Specialist to join our in office Kirkland team! You will assist in the day-to-day and month-end closing activities in the Accounting Department. Other duties may include process improvement and cross training.

This is an in-office position at our Kirkland, WA headquarters. Possible WFH after 6 months.

Responsibilities for Billing Specialist

• Work in a fast paced, high energy work environment while proactively troubleshooting and creatively solving problems.
• Analyze Key Vendor and Customer Accounts.
• Process incoming AP invoices and Credit Memos.
• Prepare orders for final billing by verifying and updating costs.
• Work with Sales Support teams to finalize Sales Orders.
• Create Sales Invoices after reconciling costs and verify Taxes.
• Assisting with customer credit applications and account reviews.
• Assist with AR Collections

Requirements

• Highly detail orientated with strong time management and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office; Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with ERP data entry systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) a plus.
• Excellent and effective communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
