Our Sr. Principal Software Product Owner/RTE Engineer works in an exciting, adaptive, and engaging environment enabling rapid learning to drive success.
The candidate will serve as Product Owner, CAM and RTE for our Software Team focused on
Software Systems domain Interacting with Systems Engineer Team, Software Architects, Scrum Masters and Software Engineer, supporting a large program. This position will support the shaping of the future of NC3 defense systems for the armed forces. This position is located onsite in Richardson, TX.
What YOU will do:
You will act as Product Owner, bridging the Software Team and the Systems Engineering Team, helping us define and manage our backlog and execution.
You will work directly with the IPT Lead, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers performing Software-Systems work used in Mission Critical System programs.
You will act as the CAM (Control Account Manager) for the scope related to your team ensuring flawless execution.
You will interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a large program.
You will have the opportunity to mentor Interns, Junior, Senior, and Principal engineers.
