Occupational Therapist - OTR/L - Home Health Full Time, Part Time or PRN Available

Overview

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Symbria in partnership with LSS Home Care is seeking its next employee-owner team member.

 

We can consider all status - Full Time (30-40 hours weekly), Part Time (20-29 hours weekly) or PRN/Casual

 

Note:  This is a home health role that will cover a 30  mile radius in O'Fallon, MO.  Mileage allowance available per company policy

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• Must have CPR Certification (or be willing to obtain before hire)
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance 
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
