About the role
This is what you’ll be doing
- You will lead, support and develop a team of Account Managers assigned to the US market,
- You will be responsible for the complete monetization of the users/traffic to our US websites and platforms,
- You will develop creative sales and brand campaign strategies to achieve internal revenue targets,
- You will attend key industry events and meetings to maintain personal interaction with our most prominent agency and advertiser contacts,
- You will be involved in direct deal negotiations with our top advertisers and agencies, and
- You will collaborate with other cross-functional team leads and individuals to drive forward strategic growth-oriented initiatives.
You’ll fit great with these skills and values
- You have an extensive understanding of Performance- and Affiliate Marketing from previous professional experience at a brand-advertiser, media publisher, affiliate network or agency,
- You have an existing network of contacts and acquaintances within the US affiliate marketing industry,
- You consider yourself a skilled negotiator and can clearly communicate a company’s USPs to close a deal,
- You are a team player with prior professional experience in managing, motivating, and developing others,
- You are a “people person” with great communication skills and comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders,
- You are data-oriented and highly analytical in your approach to decision making, using Excel and other tools to efficiently process extensive sets of data,
- You are able to prioritize and delegate tasks or projects based on their degree of impact, and
- You have a native level of English, reading and writing.
