On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Your responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Managing international employee assignments throughout the entire process, ensuring full compliance with company policies;</li><li>preparing compensation packages (including the Balance Sheet approach).</li><li>drafting contracts in close collaboration with local HR departments and coordinating external service providers;</li><li>advising managers, employees, and the global HR community on all matters related to international employment relationships;</li><li>engaging in global projects related to global assignments topics and beyond;</li><li>contributing to the design and further development of global standards for international employment relationships.</li></ul><p><b>Our requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent qualification;</p></li><li><p>proven professional experience in the described area of responsibility- for example, as an expert, consultant, or HR Business Partner- in an international HR environment;</p></li><li><p>strong knowledge of international compensation design related to international assignments, including the balance sheet approach and associated contract models;</p></li><li><p>comprehensive expertise in international labor, tax, and social security law in the context of international assignments, with particular consideration of the relevant German legal regulations;</p></li><li><p>demonstrated contribution to projects in international HR management;</p></li><li><p>excellent English skills, both written and spoken.</p></li></ul>
