<p>Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Operations &amp; Strategy - Project Management team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Project Manager International Projects. </p> <h2>You can look forward to</h2> <ul> <li>Leading interdisciplinary international projects of varying complexity, applying the project management standards within the company and contributing to their further refinement</li> <li>Providing lateral leadership to guide project teams and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Planning, steering and controlling of costs, contents, tasks, results, deadlines and external service providers </li> <li>Project design, updating and status reporting in the enterprise-wide project management software</li> <li>Continuous exchange and partnership-based actions to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction and elaboration of solution scenarios in the event of divergences </li> <li>Further development of the project management standards and involvement in the global project management community</li> </ul> <h2>You come equipped with</h2> <ul> <li>Master's or other postgraduate degree with concentrations in economics </li> <li>Several years of experience in project management, extending also to the international level</li> <li>Experience in project programme management is desirable </li> <li>Experience in the insurance or financial environment is welcome </li> <li>Project management certification (at least IPMA level D or equivalent)</li> <li>Well-versed in moderation and presentation techniques </li> <li>Knowledge of (multi-)project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps etc.</li> <li>Proficient user skills in German and English</li> <li>Willingness to go on occasional business trips worldwide </li> <li>Strategic vision, capacity for interconnected and structured thinking, analytical skills, a solution-driven approach to communication</li> </ul> <p>Don't meet all the requirements?
