They will have a passion for creative problem-solving, client service, and project management.</p><p></p><p><b>Key responsibilities for this position include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Contributing to creative problem-solving to drive outcomes for clients</p></li><li><p>Providing detailed fact findings, research, and analysis on energy-related activities (particularly climate resilience and adaptation, grid modernization, and sustainability)</p></li><li><p>Understanding public and private sources of downscaled climate data and the ability to download the data, isolate it to client assets using methods such as nearest neighbor analysis.</p></li><li><p>Performing statistical and economic analyses in Excel, R, Python</p></li><li><p>Preparing workshop and meeting materials, attending sessions, and summarizing outcomes</p></li><li><p>Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for client deliverables</p></li><li><p>Presenting results of assigned tasks and analyses that resonate with client</p></li><li><p>Working effectively with colleagues and client staff as part of a project team; work independently as needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Need</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Due to nature of client engagements must be either a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and FIVE (5+) plus years of relevant utilities industry or consulting experience excluding <span>internships/co-ops/graduate</span> research/fellowships</p></li><li><p>Relevant work experience should be related to climate resilience and adaptation, grid modernization, and sustainability or similarly related</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated team player with ability to lead project technical workstreams including managing junior level analysts on projects</p></li><li><p>Client service orientation</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Experience developing and delivering presentations in PowerPoint</p></li><li><p>Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with data analytics</p></li><li><p>Strong interest in business strategy, energy efficiency, and sustainability</p></li><li><p>An inquisitive nature and desire for continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Tireless attention to detail in all prior experience (academic and professional)</p></li><li><p>Superior interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize and plan work activities while meeting respective deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Highly developed organizational and management skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel as needed</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in Guidehouse Office or Client Office</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What Would Be Nice To Have</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Advanced degree in a STEM field</p></li><li><p>Engineering relevant energy industry, utility, and/or consulting experience</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of and experience in climate and weather models and datasets</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of geospatial visualization tools such as arcGIS</p></li><li><p>Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint</p></li><li><p>Contribute to creative problem-solving to drive outcomes for clients.</p></li><li><p>Provide detailed fact findings, research, and analysis on energy-related activities (particularly energy efficiency, grid modernization, renewable energy, customer programs, new business models, and sustainability)</p></li><li><p>Experience creating models within Excel and/or experience with R or other programming languages (e.g., Python)</p></li><li><p>Excellent at visualizing data, synthesizing insights, and storytelling with data</p></li><li><p>A history of successful, creative problem-solving</p></li><li><p>Excitement to explore the underlying cause of the observation/result</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-DNI</p><p></p><p></p>The annual salary range for this position is <span>$118,000.00-$196,000.00.</span> Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.<p><br/><b><u>What We Offer</u>:</b></p><p>Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.</p><p></p><p>Benefits include:</p><ul><li><p>Medical, Rx, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</p></li><li><p>Personal and Family Sick Time &amp; Company Paid Holidays</p></li><li><
