Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the management of the daily operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained. This position will provide supervision of guest rooms and public areas, and direction for all housekeeping activities including; staffing, room inspections, training and development of employees, deep cleans inspection and tracking, tracking of lost and found, inventories, and guest services.
Job Specifications:
- Outlet: Mount Snow
- The budgeted range starts at $60,000 - $65,000 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
- Shift & Shift Availability: Full Time, Year Round
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management function within the housekeeping team.
- In addition to performing all houseperson duties as needed,
- Provides day-to-day work direction of team members.
- Enforces policies and procedures; trains and guides staff as needed; and resolves issues and problems.
- Support the G26 Manager in all roles, following labor models and budget models to ensure efficient department operations.
- Strong organization and communication skills required.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of resort housekeeping experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a guest service setting.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in English.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able stand for long periods of time and be able to access all areas of the resort.
The expected pay range is $60,000 - $65,000 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
