LinkedIn is looking for an experienced Director of Product Operations – Flagship, Premium & Growth, to scale, lead, and inspire a team of Product Operations Managers responsible for representing the voice of our members and customers, improving the quality of the product experience, and ensuring that we are equipped to support new product launches. The team of Product Operations Managers this Director will be leading analyze quantitative and qualitative data, consistently communicate product feedback and insights, and impact both the product roadmap and support operations experience.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high performing team of Product Operations Managers (POMs) through 1:1 coaching & development.
• Maintain a strong team culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and results.
• Represent the Flagship, Premium and Growth Product Operations team with key cross functional  stakeholders including R&D and Support.
• Lead team and product areas with an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, acting as the leader and change agent to improve the experience for customers.
• Lead Product Quality strategy for team and product areas by defining and implementing strategy, leveraging key quality metrics, and creating an atmosphere of customer empathy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leading the development of highly visible executive summaries and in-depth reports on product and customer experience.
• Develop and refine metrics to measure and improve performance of the team.
• Initiate, deliver, and execute strategic initiatives for Product Operations and extended team in high priority areas

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Product Operations Management, Product Specialist, Management Consulting, Product Management, or Customer Experience/Operations
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Current working experience in a strategic and analytical leadership role partnering with Product and/or Engineering leaders.


Preferred Qualifications
• MBA degree or Master’s degree
• Experience inspiring, developing, and leading teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and tenure
• Thrives in ambiguous environments
• Strong results-orientation and direct experience as a leader utilizing data to identify critical trends, develop data narrative, and influence Product to prioritize recommendations
• Experience in a role focused on improving member or customer experience (Voice of Customer/Member).
• Experience driving cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams

The pay range for this role is $176,000-$276,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.  

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compen
